Setelah beberapa tahun menerajui Yayasan Mara sebagai CEO dan juga Program Manager Pengajian Lanjutan Mara Ke Jepun, Mohd Ali Haji Mansor telah menyertai UiTM mulai 16 Mac 2010 sebagai ahli lembaga pengarah dan juga CEO UiTM Holdings.
