No files or folders show, only toolbar

Hi

Recently I upgraded my site from .NET 2.0 to 4.0 and since then IZWebFileManager only shows the toolbar but no files or folders.

Searching the web (and this forum) for .NET 4.0 compatibility didn't produce many results, although I do believe 4.0 is supported. 

Am I making a classic mistake and missed something very obvious?  Any suggestions on where to look will be much appreciated.

Using version 2.8.1.0, which I believe is the latest.

Good question, I'll test that tonight when I get home and let you know.

Found out that the problem is opening it in a JQuery dialog, that used to work fine, but for some reason no more.

If I open it directly in the page along with all other content, then it works absolutely fine.

So now I'm looking into what options I have to make it pop up or open on the click of a button and be otherwise hidden.

Any suggestions would be more than I could ask for, so thanks for your help!  Now at least I know where to look :)
