Hp Plotter T795 Driver

Having recenlty installed AutoCAD LT 2016 for a customer along with a HP T520 24" we too are hainvg problems with multiple copy printing. When we first installed AutoCAD, we created a new .pc3 file, all good, muliple copies plotted. However, overnight multiple copies have stopped. The only change was thte syncing of setting with A360, we have deleted the pc3 file and tested the system printer, everything gives the same result, 1 plot.
I know this thread is a few months inactive, at this point, but thought I'd add something to it. There is, apparently, some issue between AutoCAD LT and the currently-available drivers for a few HP DesignJet plotters (at least T520, T790, T795, T1300, T2300). I have printed many PDF files on this printer in the past but all of a sudden it wont send the files to the plotter. It previews the file fine, however when selecting the print size it wont change from 8.5 x 11inch, whether I select a different or custom paper size.
I have checked and updated all programs, software and drivers and this has made no change. The files will print to other printers fine, just wont send the file to print with the plotter. When trying to print from browser, the print preview wont even come up (see attached photo).
What is the version of the Acrobat DC are you using ? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and ensure you have the recent version 22.3.20310 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.
About Printer Drivers: You will need to know the operating system you are running on your computer in order to install the correct driver. Designjet Printer drivers are different for Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8 etc - even for the same printer. Mac operating systems require different printer drivers as well.
