timetable for a new release

Hi,

It's been a while since 5.1.3 and there's at least one change to the
codebase since then that I'd like to see released :)

I notice that people have asked the same question a couple of times in
the last year or so with no answer, and I'm hoping that this project is
not drifting towards the abyss...

There are some more fixes pending before we release the next version 4.2.0. This will be also the first version that will no longer be compiled with a JDK lower then 8.
