When my son asks me if Santa Claus exists, and his older sister looks at him with enough, I say to both that if there is fantasy world (and of course, it is!) then yes, in that world there Santa Claus is.

Usually HR is tasked with organizing Christmas on the farm: sometimes (?) the AD imposes the mood, sometimes the third quarter results does it; the luckiest HR Depties are able to promote valuable, coherent, brilliant, creative, inspired initiatives.

A good idea would be to give A VALUE! It costs nothing, it's worth it. It's something that transforms, grows in the hands of our resources, changes appearance, sometimes changes hands, but hardly goes unnoticed. On December 15th, in Mestrino, we at DAB Pumps joyously reconvened for our company party, THE UNCONVENTIONAL XMAS PARTY - the first in five years, celebrating our return to togetherness.

XMAS DAY!!! (aka Christmas Day) - parkrun will start at 10am (ish) to let you all open your pressies etc. We will be starting at the caf and running in the opposite direction for 3 laps finishing at the picnic hut. There you will be greeted with tea, coffee, fizz, mulled wine, BACON or LORNE ROLLS, shortbread, mince pies etc. We will also be having a SECRET SANTA so if you wish to participate then bring a gift to the value of 3 and you will receive a gift from Santa's bulging sack. We will try our best to supply tea, coffee, mulled wine and bacon rolls for all but we would be grateful for donations of mince pies, chocolates, biscuits etc and other liquid refreshments. Dressing up in Santa suits and the like is not compulsory but it is jolly good fun!
