An Excerpt: 

"If you find a 15-year old girl already pregnant or having a baby to take care of, it effectively means a baby has to take care of another baby. It means she has been deprived of good education – a teenage mother means she could not complete 10 years of education which is a basic right according to the constitution of Pakistan."
