[Iradah - for people with disability]

Recently, we posted a request for advice about the treatment of a
young deafblind girl. There were too many responses, many of which
were cross messages among members, which were not relevant to all the
group members (over 1200 in number).

This resulted in irritation and discomfort for most of the group
members, as most of the messages were irrelevant and one-liners
between two or three members who unnecessarily posted every message to
the group as well.

We are sorry for the inconvenience to a lot of our members because of
this. In fact we lost a large number of our members who requested to
remove their email addresses from the list. We have accepted all such
requests, and removed the addresses of all the persons who made such a
request.

We assure you that it would not happen again. We will restrict posting
of messages to this group, and review each message for its relevant
before it is posted to the whole group.

We are thankful to all the members who patiently watched this
situation and came up with very good suggestions to solve this
matter.

We regret the discomfort caused to everyone, and assure you that it
would not happen again.
