Ok. So here is the (hopefully) completed max patch. The only setup
that really needs to be done is setting the port and host info for
the 3 computers. Just fill in the 3 sets of message boxes with the
appropriate #s. You also may need to adjust the threshold a bit for
the motion detection... that's done with the arguments for the
'split' objects. The synthesis should be working as well... there
are 9 preset sounds that are chosen when a spell is cast. Feel free
to edit the presets by double-clicking the 'p synthesis' object.
Let me know how everything goes!

i'll be out for the next couple of hours but ill be around later to
help you guys troubleshoot some more.... i assume the h3x3n madrid
crew will be up late.

good luck.

.alex.

Alex, the patch is amazing, it sounds great. Nice work. We did have a
minor issue with bundiling the sound with the other elements, were afraid to
overburden the comp but it seems light enough that it may not drag to
much...

What do you think?

thanks!
The cpu usage it really low. The core of the synthesis is only 3
sine oscillators.
When i check the cpu usage in max on my comp. it sez 0%...
(you can check the DSP status in max in the options menu)
There should be no problem.

Yah, we checked the cpu last night with the cmd app and the max patch
running and it was only about 12% on my machine... But were working with a
600mhz 256 piece of history.
