There is a listing under My two Otis Pages that says "add a page"
Click on that.

IWSDockdogs Page,
Then name your page
Click on the button to add ( photos)/images Pick your Text style
(Font)
Make your page.
I have to do this in foxfire or internet explorer, it won't work in
safari.
