    You can register to post messages on dockdogs.com. Under the Log-in, click on register then register your name and team name. Then you can go to forums, other topics of interest (health), then on the bottom right there is a button "new topic." You can ask there if they will refund your money. I don't think they do. However, I bought a wave Sunday from someone who decided not to jump their dog again. Both of us went to the dockdogs trailer and switched out dogs then I just paid the person since she had already prepaid. Bark in the Park was a small event and we gave the admin girl plenty of time to change the names and she was very good about doing that.
