Hi,
when creating an app specific value resolver a name has to be specified. Are there any best practices available on how to do the naming (e.g. to prevent name collisions, ...)?

Thanks
Jochen

Hi Jochen,

We have no explicit best practices for this defined, but we might add new value resolvers with arbitrary names at any time. Hence we recommend to use a prefix for your value resolvers (e.g. the company or app name).

Hint: if you do not want to explicitly register the value resolver, you can also use the fully qualified class name of the implementing class (e.g. inside the widget configuration wiki text) for anonymous access.

Best,

Andreas

Hi Andreas,
thanks for the information.
I was also thinking about using the app name or something similar, just wanted to verify with you, too.

Thanks
Jochen
