Hello Group

As you know i will be stepping down as owner of the group for personal
reasons ,I have thought long and hard about this for a while. I feel
now is the time to step down . I will stay on until a new owner is
found. I am also looking for a new manager to fill the vacanted spot
If you are interested i will stay on as owner until a new owner or
manager has been found and named . Anyone interested in taking over
the responsibilites of manager of this group please send me an email
at menthol_ciga...@hotmail.com . Please tell me what you can
bring to the table as the owner of the group. I also need someone to
be a new manager and you can let me know what you feel you can bring
to the table as a new manager . This is not the end of the group as i
said before i want the group to proceed because as you know i may
return someday. I am not saying i will but you never can tell in the
world of smoking.I just feel now is the time to step down and give
someone else a chance so if you are interested in becoming the new
owner please send me an email as to why you would like to succeed me
as the owner . I do ask that you keep both Jordan and Jason on as
managers and reinstate them when they return next summer. I will stay
until next year but i am looking for someone else to take my place for
a while. So if you feel you have the creditentials please send me an
email.
