Looking to buy IW40

Is anyone selling their IW40 now. Or thinking of doing so in the near future.
Don’t mind location. Don’t mind cosmetic work. Would even undertake a teak deck that requires work.
My max budget is going to be around euro 50k which is why I am willing to consider deck work

We plan to sell Firefly, hull #6, but here in the USA (east coast) we'll be asking for a bit more, I'm afraid.

It’s blowing a gale here in England. Flooding and snow.

East coast USA is fine with me would like to undertake a ‘pond’ crossing.

But my finances just won’t allow more for the boat unfortunately.
