I am not sure if "יכולת הופעה" will be clear enough.

Maybe:

חלק מהמודעה שיוצג למשתמשים

or something similar?

I'm working now on AdSense project #108415-he.

The term 'viewability' appears in this project several times, and its glossary translation is הופעה בסרטונים.

I believe that this translation is wrong for two reasons:

1. This project context has nothing to do with videos.

2. The glossary definition is 'An ad-performance metric relating to whether and how much of an ad can be seen by a user on their screen'.

I think that the correct translation should be something like יכולת הופעה.
