Internal Notes

Hi,

Regarding job 178740, the instructions say to leave internal notes/content in English, There are internal notes in red, which are clear, but there are some slides that look like internal content, though they are not in red. Can you please define what exactly are internal notes? How can we distinguish between translatable and non-translatable content?
