Download URL redirection circle when downloading with Ant's get task

Hi users@svnant,

downloading either
<http://subclipse.tigris.org/files/documents/906/43359/svnant-1.2.1.zip> or
<http://subclipse.tigris.org/files/documents/906/46267/svnant-1.3.0.zip>

result in an endless chain of HTTP 302 Moved Temporarily responses when no
cookies are allowed (the ant task does not allow cookies).

Steps to reproduce:

1) wget --no-cookies
http://subclipse.tigris.org/files/documents/906/43359/svnant-1.2.1.zip

2) wget --no-cookies
http://subclipse.tigris.org/files/documents/906/46267/svnant-1.3.0.zip

I stumbled across this while I am verifying the URLs in vyroundup.

Thanks for that pointer, LastDragon.

I added snvant to the ManuallyDownloadedSoftware wiki page and changed the
packager.xml accordingly..
