In my opinion, the correct sentence will be : The doctors will continue to conduct tests on the sick patient.

39.WRONG: The doctors have been and will continue to conduct tests on the sick patient.

•RIGHT: The doctors have been conducting and will continue to conduct tests on the sick patient.

Isn't this sentence marked RIGHT too wordy?
