Princeton test from CD

Guys,

Hellllpppppp!

Gave a prep test from the CD. Chose the Princeton Review full length
test and completed it. Once done, it asked me to authenticate with my
online account which I did, but it comes back every time with "a
unable to authenticate my account" error. Unless I authenticate the
account, It doesn't show the score :(

Any of you faced a similar problem ? Looks like 4 hours of today is
the down the drain
