Good evening, I hope this message finds you well. I kindly ask for your assistance in resolving an issue I've encountered. I followed the steps for making external and internal calls as outlined in the v4.4 manual, but unfortunately, I haven't been able to resolve it. I would greatly appreciate any guidance or support you can provide. Thank you in advance for your help!

Hi!

When placing calls to carriers, the presented number in (Remote-Party-Id or P-Asserted-Identity headers) must be one of the assigned to the client.
If the original presentation is not valid, Retail accounts have an extra configuration to fallback to a DDI assigned to the client.

From the logs, It seems +551150230549 is not one of company DDIs and there is no fallback DDI configured in the Retail Account, so the call can not leave the platform with that presentation.
You can create a DDI and assign it to the company only for outbound purposes. Or use wholesale clients that doesn't have this restrictions (but doesn't support incoming traffic).
