Hello I am recently installed ivozprovider and create a retail account to make calls from from freeswitch
The ivozprovider has this settings
Ivozprovider
Proxy trunks Y.Y.Y.Y this is a publica address
Proxy user X.X.X.X this is a private ip address
Freeswitch
IP Freeswith Z.Z.Z.Z this is a private address
When I call from freeswitch I recived a SIP 403 from ivozprovider
Error kamalio ivozprovider
/usr/sbin/kamailio[1222]: NOTICE: [82c376a1] Request: INVITE sip:519NN...@X.X.X.X from sip:519NN...@Z.Z.Z.Z (99159147 INVITE - udp:10.0.0.1:5060) [d64a280f-ad33-123e-7c8d-005056547f3c]

I am working with a retail account
I have the Authorized source in my retail account to large Ip address network 10.X.X.X/16
This is part of my INVITE from freeswitch

To: <sip:519NN...@10.0.4.1>

Hi Diego!
Retail account use Brand SIP Domain (should be displayed in Retail Account List screen) and invites from your account must have that domain when placing a call:
INVITE sip:519NNNNNNNH@your-brand-domain
The brand domain can be configured in Brand Edit screen and will be populated in Domains table by the platform.
