Hi everyone
I have tried to install ivoz with debian 12 with apt
I have tried on a vm on the cloud with public ip and also
In a local test vm.  on both installations i could not login to platform
i am getting   Authentication request could not be processed due to a system problem.
I am doing the absolute basic
1) Install Debian 12
2) Install  ivoz provider
3) reboot  and trying to login
and it gives me always Authentication request could not be processed due to a system problem.

Thanks in advanced

George, good evening. Why didn’t you do the installation using the ISO? (https://packages.irontec.com/isos/ivozprovider-4.4~4.4.0-tempest-amd64.iso). I recommend it. But go ahead and test it in your scenario:

For web access:
vSBC: https://10.100.1.232/platform/brands
User: admin
Pass: changeme

From my experience, it’s best to have two IPs — one for Proxy Trunks and another for Proxy Users. Give it a try, and if anything goes wrong, make a report.

Thanks for the reply

I have tried also with the iso.
Steps that i have done
1) Install debian from ivozprovider. with setup defaults configured ip for the proxies
2) After installation completed configured ip on the interfaces and reboot
3) Trying to connect /platform i am getting ( Authentication request could not be processed due to a system problem.). also /platform/brands the same thing.
4) Rebooting and truing to dpkg-reconfigure setting the ip address to proxies trying again the same thing. Reboot trying again the same thing
5) I have tried to change the domain name /etc/hosts to match the domain name i am using to connect also the same thing(I have already tried with ip same thing)
6) the sources.list was empty fix it update same thing
7) ivoz provider sources was missing added updated same thing

I do not know what else to do.
I want just to log on to the web interface

Thanks in advanced

I have managed to solve this.
In the password of mysql do not put @ character. It uses it to create the mysql connection.
