Oops, I think I spaced out last night and was using my dex mod to calculate my hp... I think my actual hp should be 63. 

(lvl 1:  8+1) (lvl 2: 9 +5+1) (lvl 3: 15 +5+1) (lvl 4 with ASI: 21 +5+2) (lvl 5: 28 +5+2) (lvl 6: 35 +5+2) (lvl 7: 42 +5+2) (lvl 8: 49 +5+2) (lvl 9: 56 +5+2) Final lvl 9 hp: 63

Here's the updated sheet with the updated hp and the modifiers.

See PHB Chapter 7 Constitution
If your Constitution modifier changes, your hit point maximum changes as well, as though you had the new modifier from 1st level. For example, if you raise your Constitution score when you reach 4th level and your Constitution modifier increases from +1 to +2, you adjust your hit point maximum as though the modifier had always been +2.
