I was extremely bloodied due to the slaps and spells of our foes, but I still stood strong. Resigned to be defeated on the field of battle, I looked up at the giant chunks of rocks coming towards us. As I did, the god appeared while time stopped. It was impressive to witness.
The god’s story was touching but didn’t faze me a lot. In war, it doesn’t matter whose side you are on because at the end of the day, we are all equal in death and I have seen that on the battlefield.
There isn’t much worth in a new civilization that does the exact same things the old one did and doesn’t try to be better.
