Grass looks greener on the other side. All big Indian IT Service companies including Wipro, HCL, Satyam and Infosys or any other XYZ company. I did not want to black mark the company. You have to Learn and become More Robust never expect company to Change according to you …….if you are not feeling comfortable with work environment of XYZ then it does mean that you are not enough Robust….. and in that case I suggest you should look your career in some other organization but its does not mean that you just start yelling on you current Employer ………I have sympathy with Mr RAM…….but the way he reacted I m agree with Him…….
this is Life all about . Send this mail to those who throw stone on others saying that their company is great. If you become good by throwing stones on others. Today everybody would have become GOD
NOW PLZ REMOVE me from this group mail Chain……….. I even don know a Single Person in this mail chain ………………….

Subject: RE: Yeh sab WIPRO mein
kya ho raha hai...
Hi Manu and all,
As I
am new to you and this group I introduce my self as Abhinav's friend working in
Mumbai.
As the
discussion got ensued with you with respect to the below attached mails.....It
was so interesting the words coherently put in to. which resembles the loyalty
you have the organization you work with and the enthusiastic you have with your
work is so catchy. Hands of to you.....The environment you got and you are
getting is better then what Ram got it. Hope your moments are moving as lovely
moments.
It is
purely depends up on the team you are working with. Even in Ram's mail also he
spelled up some few guys are so cooperative. Means there was some frequency
matching.
In every
company there are some people are there to create disgusting activities to
their colleague. They never hassle about others. So the whole of Ram’s
services with wipro could be so pathetic situational one. As you stand in Ram's
shoes the dreams with he joined with that company and what he got are so
clearly reflected in his words. And the environment he faced also for all this
period was hell to him So as for his argument is concern he is not at all
wrong.
As you
mentioned out of 59472
people one person is complaining....But many ones are not come up openly like
this. This is very true. But you can hear the scrambling with their close
friends.
What
ever it is ….you should get win - win situation to you and an
organization then only every individual will be happy. If org try to
exploit an individual then only noises will be remaining. It is not socialism
it is softwareism (common to all kind of industry). To have rejoice in your
work you need a good cooperative team or you have to create a one. This is only
better option. Various small teams are finally organization. Because of these
kind of uncooperative teams total org name get spoils many a times. This is
where the top level management to take their actions. This Ram’s mail
should not be treated as a mail as such an fwd one. This should be get
escalated to the real decision makers to identify the real root cause. By
stating an counter argument the issue will not get solved. If some scrambling
is coming out form a place then it means really there is some problem.
Just
to share and case study during my MBA classes we had a discussion about a case
study under the topic “Organizational Behaviour” . In that case
study for a new branch office a lady got recruited and in charged her for that
branch….But the branch performance become very poor. But it was
identified
as
potential businesses one. Every body pointed out the lady because she joined
new and her behaviour with colleagues. But real scenario was she had not
provided with the proper induction
about the organization and the way it works. It lead to closing down of that
branch itself. This case study shows it is not necessary that every time one
individual will be go wrong. It is possible that as what we call as big group
of people as formally called as organization also goes wrong many a times.
Leads to pining up own eyes.
This
all just I felt to share with all. This is my own opinion. Nothing to point out
any individual. Just to conclude as we are Management people should think all
360 degree angle with all possibilities. That will really enhance our better
decision making process.
It is
really nice sharing my views to you all……And my big
HAIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII to all other frds in this group.
Best
Regards,
Jegan T
Hi Abhinav
I don’t know about all this. But rests assure Wipro is not
at all what it appears in light of this mail. I have been here for about two
months now and I have never heard anyone shouting leave apart abusing and all
that stuff.
Apart from that we all know about burn-outs, it could have
easily been Infosys, TCS, Satyam, SBI or even TechMahindra for that matter in
place of Wipro, here.
Such mails are meant to be forwarded and such loser are to be
laughed about or sympathized depending upon which company the reader is from.
Even I would have done the same had you not asked me to clarify on this. And as
far as Mr. C.V.Kamath who visited our campus is concerned, he is an awesome guy
and by no chance has anything to do with all this.
My sincere sympathies with Ram but after being in Wipro for
some time now, I am very happy that I made the right decision to join Wipro.
Though being an employee in Wipro I should be most concerned and alarmed with
all this but I realize that one guy in 59472 ( Wipro’s count this
morning) cries foul about our work culture which all other 59471 are very
proud of, I guess we all can realize where the problem is.
To conclude I will say Wipro was a fun and lovely place to
work yesterday, it’s a lovely place today and rest assured it will only
be lovelier tomorrow.

Hi,
Every one will have certain goals and objectives
to achieve in their life and I’m no exception. To pursue those goals
I’ve decided to quit Wipro and continue the journey with another company
and today is my last working day in Wipro. I would like to thank one and all
for the co-operation though I must say my experience here is terrible mainly
because of few persons and the working culture.
I’ve joined Wipro thinking of a good
career ahead and was shocked to see the unprofessional working environment
here. I’ve never come across such a working environment so far. The work
place always used to remind the fish market because of termites like
Raghupathy Rajeshwar Nuka, K.T.R.B Sarma and few others who
liberally shout at every person, uses filthy language, crack adult jokes at the
work place, openly flirts and what not they can even go to the extent of
threatening people by saying they can throw them out of the company as if Wipro
is their own company and can make the place a hell. And there are some people
like Raj Komaravally, Hari Kumar C.K. who can give the statements like “I
believe only in my managers and I don’t need to meet any one below the
level” and “management always supports managers”. They can go
the extent of giving generic statements like “in Wipro politics are more important than projects and Wipro works like
this” and if you want to continue, you have to mould yourself
and become dirty and unprofessional like us. It was very unfortunate that
I’ve come across this kind of unprofessional persons here in these 8
months. The icing on the cake is Anu
Pentareddy who does not even know how to behave with the resources,
and never receptive and listens to the concerns of the resources and she is the
resource manager for the horizontal and all she can do is to threaten the resources.
And the worst part is nothing will happen and change even if you raise your
concern in the so called ombudsprocess.
Kudos Wipro, no one can find such a pathetic working environment like yours
anywhere in the IT industry.
Anyways all said and done, people like me may
not fit into this kind of working environment and my sincere suggestion to the
HR is please conduct trainings in behavioral management for all the managers
and to most of the persons with red and green tags. In my sojourn here I’m
fortunate enough to work with Srikanth Natarajan, Shyam Challapalli, Rakesh
Kotla and few of my development team who all are very supportive.
For those who wish to add another node to your
redundant network for friends and well-wishers please do note my email id ram_...@yahoo.com because the world is small and who knows we may cross
paths once again so do keep in touch. No spam mails please.
Thanks!
Ram
