Plz find enclosed the forwarded email for your kind reference.so we may begin the session on 21st and not on 14th september.
with regd to travel arrangements, Madam has told me that we can use the office vehicle for the sessions.if there are any changes, will let u know all abt it.
do let me know if 21st is ok with u all for the session....and for meeting up on this sat... will keep u updated on that....
if not this saturday, can we meet up on the 14th plz....next weekend is not a possibility on account of the festival...

Dear Chitra
As spoken over the phone yesterday, we request the Asha foundation to conduct HIV awareness programmes in our construction sites.
We have identified four large sites having a labour force of 300 or more.
The sites are in (general location) – Electronic city area, Whitefied (near Vaidehi hospital), Hebbal (next to Columbia Asia hospital) and in Iblur (off Sarjapur Road, near Sun City)
The first of the sessions can be had on Sept 21, and you can have two sessions on the day if the logistics permit.
We can provide a mike and projector, although I’am not sure about arranging transport for your team.
