Shivani Joshi, HR professional, now organising wellness programmes for senior citizens

SEOP has had a profound effect on my personal as well as professional self. Personally, the urge I had to serve has become a desire now. Exposure to the lives and selfless efforts of a range of change makers has left me nothing less than 'inspired'. Professionally, I have already left my well settled job with an MNC(Oracle) and am looking for  better avenues to be a change agent.

Shijoy Varughese, formerly employed at Oracle, currently appearing for his Civil Services examinations

I feel lucky to have pursued the course. After this course I included taking up a social problem and trying my bit to solve it as one of the goals of my career.Currently I am giving career guidance to students after 10th who are financially poor and who have no clue about what to do next. The course showed me how a lot of NGOs are doing a marvellous job of selfless service.

Ramnarayana, former Senior Software Engineer at SAP Labs

My journey with CSIM can be described in one word, inspiring. It was an amazing experience and it made me more socially aware of things that happen around us and has definitely transformed me and my perceptions of the world and the things in it. Today I want to switch my job and want to go out there to make a difference. And that is because of the motivation I got from all those amazing classes and discussions.
