This Joy of Giving Week 2013, we are celebrating the festival of giving by planting Wish Trees, a simple and effective way to involve volunteers in supporting NGOs.

A Wish Tree is literally a ‘Wish-fulfilling’ tree. On this tree NGOs put up their wishes, needs and requirements of NGOs expressed in the form of money, time, material or skills.

These Wish Trees will be placed across corporate organizations, housing societies, etc. People can then ‘adopt a wish’ and thus join in and contribute towards the Joy Of Giving Week celebrations.

Wishes generally range from something small like a pencil box to supporting a child’s one month expenses, and may be expressed in cash, kind, volunteering opportunities.

How can you join us:

Plant a Wish Tree: Wish Trees are a great way to engage people in giving back and creates a sense of community. It will tangibly impact lives of the poor.
Adopt a wish: Adopting a wish is a simple and effective way to join in the JGW celebration.

We have already received many requests from NGOs. So my dear “Volunteers” we need your active participation in connecting us to your corporate lead and getting Wish Tree placed in your company. Quickly contact us for the same.
