Hi Chitra,

 

It was nice talking to you, as discussed we'll have the program on 19th december at our South City Project site ( J.P.Nagar, close to Bannerghatta Road). It is a closed and  residential site. We can start at around 11.00 AM.We will arrange for a laptop, projector/screen and hand microphones. In addition to the presentation we request you to include skit. The preferred language will be Hindi.

 

We will arrange for a vehicle for your pick up and drop, so please provide the necessary address and directions. Confirm if Lunch arrangement is required. Request you to let me know about other requirements
