Installation issue

My IT team had to re-create my profile and it wiped out all of my applications.  So now I have to re-install SRCware.  I'm running Windows 7E on my HP laptop.  SRCware always ran flawlessly before.  Now, after re-installing, I get and error when launching (after an open file security warning that I never received before):

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information. 

srcware has quit working. A problem has caused the program to stop working correctly. Please close the program.

What do I do?

Dear Scott,

Could you send me the .tgz or .zip file you used for the installation and the setup and log files from the run in which the error occurred?
