IVEF SDK 0.1.4 and 0.2.0 released

Hi everyone,

IVEF SDK 0.1.4 (patch release) has been released. This release
addresses some minor issues.

it's twin brother IVEF SDK 0.2.0 has also been released. This release
is based on the current working draft of the industrial members
working group.
