Dear all,

This is a quick reminder that entries for Nottingham Varsity Competition 2010 are due this week.

I have re-attached the Day Entry Form to save you each having to look back through your emails!

I originally stated that entries must be returned by the 21st of November, but in order to assure that you all have the maximum possible amount of time to get your teams together, I want to extend it to Monday the 22nd.

Please send your completed Day Entry Form to soc...@lbss.org.uk. Payment can be in the form of a cheque payable to "U of NSU LBSS" and sent to

Again I would like to encourage couples to dance up wherever possible. Finally please fill out the day entry forms with the full names that people would like on any certificates they may win, as this makes it much faster with regards to putting correct names on certificates and in announcements!

Sorry for our late reply, we will be attending, and I'll get our pack to you when you clear something up for me if that's ok.  We have a couple who want to enter rock and roll, but they are dancing everything else with seperate partners.  Do I need to enter them as a seperate couple just for R&R, or can I just enter the leader's couple in R&R and have them switch during the day.

Hi Tom,

 

Glad to hear you are attending and everything is in order, no rush on the entry form. I would suggest that you put them in as a second couple - just for the sake of any certificates and announcements - but obviously nobody will need to pay twice! It will just make it a bit easier for me when working out who is going in what!
