All,

As there are a lot of things happening in DC this week around
Afghanistan and there are a lot of activists in town, I noticed that
there were little social events where we all could just hang out and
create community.

Therefore, I invited all the "movement folks" for an un-planed potluck
at the IVAW DC House starting at 7 p.m. (707 Ingraham ST NW). This is
a purely social event thus not a fundraiser (although anyone offering
a donation will not be turned away) so please come and just bring a
food to pass. The Chapter has little in the way of funds so please do
bring some food because this will not be one of our regular BBQs where
we feed the masses.

I am sorry for this last minute event but it really just popped up
that we should have time to build community as much as we organize.
For all those not in DC I wish you were here.
