关于TortoiseSVN 1.5.3 windows中文语言包无效的问题

安装TortoiseSVN 1.5.3 windows 中文语言包 安装后并没有汉化是什么问题？？

to webwind, 我用Subversion - SVN中文论坛
安装后，需要在设置中设置一下语言
右键->TortoiseSVN->Settings->General->language，把英文改为中文
