Who is doing this race? I'm planning an itinerary so we can maximize
our weekend and minimize the time spent driving. I called a hotel/
suite that was $109/night and can have 4 people in the room.

Just need a head count first. Basically you need to be free from
Friday afternoon (or early Saturday, w/e we decide) until Sunday
around Noon. I won't bother with the hotel/driving stuff yet.
