Greetings from IUJ Journal of Management!

We are pleased to announce that the next issue of the IUJ Journal of Management is scheduled to be published in June 2025. We invite high-quality research papers, conceptual articles, and case studies from scholars, academicians, industry professionals, and research students for possible inclusion in this issue.

If your manuscript is in the final stages of preparation, we encourage you to submit it for review and consideration. Kindly ensure that the manuscript adheres to the submission guidelines available on our official journal website: [IU Jharkhand Journal Website].

📌 Submission Guidelines:

  • All submissions must strictly follow the formatting and referencing style mentioned in the guidelines.
  • A plagiarism report (Turnitin/Urkund) must be submitted along with the manuscript.
  • Only papers with plagiarism below 15% will be considered for review.

📅 Important Dates:

  • Last date for submission: 15th May 2025
  • Extended Date : 28th may 2025 
  • Tentative publication date: June 2025
