What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Upload resources to Google Drive folder that has public read access
2. Create a Google Apps Script using the
HtmlService.createHtmlOutputFromFile command
3. Deploy Google Apps Script as a web App

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Basically, using the 'procedure' above, I re-created the liveDemo :
http://www.iui-js.org/documentation/latest/iui/web-app/tutorials/getting-started/example-link1.html#_screen1

Instead of displaying just the "Goto Screen # 2", all 3 'links' are
displayed and there is an error reported in the javascript console that
says "This operation requires a TameWindow".

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Is this an issue with Caja sanitation? Is there a work around?
