OK, GitHub is now the preferred way to submit code to iUI.

I added the GitHub banner to the iUI website: http://www.iui-js.org

The GitHub repo is here: http://github.com/iui/iUI There is also an iUI
project page: http://iui.github.com/

You can still submit code via Google Code using Git. I'm mirroring all
changes to both GitHub and Google Code. But I'm trying to steer people,
especially newbies to GitHub.

Some of the webpages (Google Code wiki, iui.github.com, etc) could use
updates to make all this a little more clear, but the GitHub banner on
the main site is going to steer most people to GitHub. At some point we
might want to hide the Google Code "Source" tab to refer people to GitHub.

So that means go over there and click "Fork" and click "Watch" - even if
you're too busy to submit a patch right now -- please go over there and
help us bump our numbers up :)
