Website Updates for Review

I fixed Issue #340 <http://code.google.com/p/iui/issues/detail?id=340>
by removing all 0.5 extensions from the extensions page.
I also updated the sitemap a little (fixed some links to go directly to
documentation pages rather than the documentation landing page, removed
some links that were repeated (imo) too many times to simplify the page
a little, and made some minor text edits)

Any reason not to go live? Remi? Anyone else?
