The tip also matches what is on Google App Engine:
http://iui-js.appspot.com/
This is only a development release so it doesn't need much testing, but
if anyone has a chance to check it out that would be greatly
appreciated. (I say this seeing that 2/3 of downloads are of the "dev"
version)
The proposed release notes are here:

If there's anything important (and/or easy) that I'm forgetting, I'll
try to add it to this release, but I don't have much time this week and
I want to put something out.
Hint: If a fix/patch is made available in an Hg clone with
d2493fcc63e83d1a41c13bbe22909ee98704f228 as the base revision, it is
really easy for me to add it. (This assumes the patch is clean and is
approved for inclusion.)
I know there's a lot still left to do for 0.40 final, but I've already
spent too much time on iUI (itself) this week. I'd like to put another
release out in a week or two and ideally a "beta" by New Year's Eve. To
call something a beta it would have to be "feature complete". That may
mean postponing some issues to 0.50.
