I am sorry to see the presentation done in such a haste. Do you really beleive that such a hasty transformation of a small section of the city will do tonnes of good for the overall city? Will it not create highly pronounced disparities? We are already known as a nation of gut wrenching contrasts. Will this not create stronger contrasts in just one part of the city that is already classified as an elite area?

Need to evaluate the proposal in line with the basic  guideline document issued by MOUD as brief for the Competition. The same is available on MOUD website. Regards. Shiriah

The first ten pages of the document is about the process and the rest are smart management proposals but we need smart design guidelines for applying such management proposals ... I'm afraid we will ending up spending lots of money on cameras , solar panels , electronic displays , digital signboards and salaries of the managers ...

The visuals are also deceptive ...

Don't know if there is more to this document than this presentation ... This document should relate to the DP proposals too ... And other pan city proposals ... Can we do something ???

We could get back to the lead person with a structured response / based on the MOUD brief criteria and include all other broader comments as well. 

We could be critical but also constructive if of any value to them.

Dear Sll,

As of Now the presentation shared is what is uploaded on PMC Website. This is the Gist of the proposal that would be

sent to the MOUD with / without changes if the General  Body approves it today. This presentation is not for Suggestions

from the people but is a gist of proposals as has been worked out by PMC and their consultants based on the inputs

received from the people and as per the guidelines of the MOUD Smart City competition. 

The PMC has to submit their proposal by tomorrow 15th to stay in the race.

The proposals seem to be very sketchy and schematic and need to be further worked upon in tune with the ground situation, DP, land ownership, reservations etc. etc.

Looking at the schematics, If We have any specific inputs / suggestions regarding Pan City and Local area developments, you can send it to me I volunteer to compile it together in form of a document and  hand it over to the PMC as our inputs which they could benefit from in the Design Development stage.

I am attaching herewith the Smart City Mission Guidelines for everybody's benefit in case anybody has not been through the document.
