Dear Members,

In continuation to our earlier mail dated 8th August, 2019.  Please find attached herewith the agenda for the GBM which is to be held on Saturday, September 21, 2019 from 16:30 at Raviz, Kollam.

All members are requested to attend the GBM and contribute to the deliberations therein.

This is a gentle reminder that the GBM participants need to clear their pending dues for attending the meeting before the proposed GBM date.  Payment can be made through net banking before the above date or by cash at the conference venue.  Details of outstanding dues can be obtained by requesting for the same through SMS to 8929189140.

The next General Body Meeting of IUDI is scheduled to be held on 21st September, 2019 at Kollam, Kerala from 2.00pm onward. This meeting will be held along side the IUDI National Conference on Urban Design which is  to be held on 20th and 21st September, 2019 at Kollam.

All members of IUDI are invited to attend the meeting as well as the Conference..

The agenda of the meeting and details of IUDI National Conference will follow shortly.
