ANNOUNCEMENT - CONGRATULATIONS!
Following discussions with the IUCN and between ourselves, it has been agreed that Sarina Jepsen should become Co-Chair of the BBSG. This means Sarina and I are now joint coordinators of the Group - the idea being that we will share the increasing amount of work that needs to be done. We will circulate more information to everyone soon about who will be doing what.
It was an honour to be chosen as the first Chair of the BBSG. I am looking forward to continuing our good work into the future, alongside Sarina as a very able Co-Chair!
For anyone out there who doesn't already know, Sarina is the Endangered Species Program Director at The Xerces Society for Invertebrate Conservation in Portland, Oregon.
