Here's an article from the Chronicle with a little bit of a twist on
the usual "use games to teach" mantra. It tries (at least a little
bit) to extract some of what works in games and apply it to more
conventional teaching settings:

That was interesting nice overview--but why to they insist on calling profs Mr and Ms in the chronicle? Too hard to tell who does and does not have a phd. I don't care but I know that lots folks do.

They got the major players and opinions in theres.
