Hello everyone, in question 1.2 when i built my linear model and print the coefficients I got ;

(Intercept) S
1.400000e+01 2.095476e-08

why is that happening does anybody know the reason, thank you for your attention wish you healthy days.

Hello everyone I have a question for 2.1 I stored my fasta file but when I print length(genome). I got "1" Does anybody know the reason? Any suggestions would be appreciated thank you.

There are two possibilities: you have the wrong numbers, or you wrote a wrong linear model.

you mean: "Why is that happening? Does anybody know the reason? Thank you for your attention. Wish you healthy days."

Punctuation matters.

I think we answered this in class last Friday.

Remember that read.fasta() returns always a list. You will get one or more chromosomes. You must select the first chrmosome.

No need to be sorry. We are all learning. Making mistakes is unavoidable. It is better to say "thank you for the feedback". Nobody should feel bad for getting feedback.

(I have an American friend who gives me feedback constantly. It's the only way to improve).
