Itzï version 20.5 is released!

Hi,

I am glad to announce that a new version of itzi has been released.
This is mostly a maintenance release that sets the bases to help the development of Itzï in the future. Part of this is the move to Python 3, a code refactoring, and the creation of an automated test framework.
Apart from the fixed bugs, the user should not see much differences in the use of Itzï.

GRASS 7.8 or above is now required to run Itzï.
