İş Açıklaması

We are seeking a SOHO Segment Associate Manager with the will and ambition to work in Enterprise Marketing Function, reporting to Manager of Vodafone Turkey.

• Develop new campaigns & tariffs to grow SoHo base and service revenue
• Increase life time value of customers by developing new contract tools & improving existing ones
• Acquire new high value white space for SoHo.
• Own the entrepreneurship realm with specialized services and communication
• Prepare new segments marketing roadmap and implantation plan
• Track market share, sales performance, competitive position
• Track monthly SoHo budget with actuals in coordination with finance team.
• Deliver excellent communications (events, ATL and BTL acitvities) that effectively cut through to decision makers.
• Create awareness with on equity brand communications among the new segments.
• Coordinate market research to identify the customer needs
• Lift innovation perception of Vodafone İş Ortağım
• Develop specialized on demand solutions (mobile innovation, apps, cloud based services)
• Develop partnerships and co-marketing activities with strong companies built on innovation pillar
• Leverage international opco learnings/ programs/ offerings and introduce relevant ones to Turkish market

Gerekli Yetenekler & Deneyim

• Experience in related field (3+ years)
• Project management and analytical thinking skills
• Multi-task management                                                                                    
• Ability to think creatively and strategically
• Results-driven and delivery-focused
• Flexible mind set to adapt to a constantly changing environment
