Time to re-unite in Istanbul, Turkey

Dear Alumni,

It gives us great pleasure to invite you to Istanbul, Turkey for our
next IIASL Alumni Meet at Crown Plaza Hotel-Old City Hotel, on 16 March
2012 between 1700hrs-1830 hrs. We are expecting alumni from all batches
to participate at IIASL Alumni Meet.

We are happy to inform you that we have moved one step ahead in the
formation of our IIASL Alumni Association. The formalities to set-up the
association under Dutch law is currently under process and will soon be
officially announced.

In light of this development, we have taken the liberty to set our IIASL
Alumni Meet on 16 March 2012 in Istanbul, Turkey, which coincides with
the Third International Air Law Moot Court Competition. This time, Sarin
Memorial Legal Aid Foundation from India and the International Institute
of Air and Space Law of Leiden University in the Netherlands join forces
with Istanbul University for the purpose of organizing the Third Edition
of the International Air Law Moot Court Competition.

The focus of the informal meeting is to find ways to strengthen our
alumni network activities in future? For instance, we need people who
are capable and willing to take this association activity forward; and
we need to find funding to support our alumni activities. The idea is to
have a healthy discussion over these two issues and take it forward in
the best interests of our Alma mater and IIASL Alumni Association. 

It is essential that this momentum to set-up and take the association
activities forward should not go vain, as there is some good amount of
effort invested by all of us for a common benefit. To make this event a
success, your support and active participation will be very much
appreciated.
