Dear Colleagues - Members of IEEE, We invite you to join the 14th International Conference on Advanced Technologies, Systems, and Services in Telecommunications - TELSIKS 2019, which will take place in Nis, Serbia, October 23-25, 2019. This biennial scientific Conference has a long tradition (the first conference was held 24 years ago) and it strives to attract high-quality papers in the field of telecommunications. Objectives of the conference are to provide professional interactions and to share the latest achievements on advances in information and communication technology. Authors are encouraged to submit the papers with new research results. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- PAPER SUBMISSION DEADLINE IS EXTENDED to JUNE 15th, 2019. The official conference language is English. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- TELSIKS 2019 Conference is organized by the University of Nis, Faculty of Electronic Engineering, Serbia, and the Society for Microwave Technique, Technologies, and Systems, Serbia. The upcoming TELSIKS 2019 Conference will be technically co-sponsored by two IEEE societies: IEEE Microwave Theory and Techniques Society (MTT-S) and IEEE Antennas and Propagation Society (AP-S), and also by Region 8. Accepted and presented papers will be published in Conference Proceedings. The conference proceedings will be submitted to the IEEE Xplore® digital library. The pdf version of the Call of Papers is available at http://www.telsiks.org.rs/cfp.pdf. Niš is an administrative, economic and cultural center of South-East Serbia, about 240 km away from Belgrade. It is known as the greatest gate between East and West because it is on the crossroad of the three important directions of the international highway, railway, and air traffic. This city stands on the site of the Roman settlement of Naissus, the birthplace of Emperor Constantine the Great, in the valley of the river Nišava. There is a number of the ancient monuments in the city that testify about its stormy history. Niš is a well-known university center in Serbia, and Europe as well. The Faculty of Electronic Engineering, one of the organizers of the TELSIKS conference and one of the most outstanding university institutions in the country, gives a great contribution to the development of the University of Niš as well as to the development of a science of Republic of Serbia.
