Block Party - Need Your Help!!! ASAP!!!

Hi Everyone!

The city has offered residents some $$$ to hold a block party this year. In order to secure funds for this event, which I would like to schedule for Saturday, September 25 at noon, I am required to provide a petition from the neighborhood agreeing to shutting access to Myopia Road from Austin Street.

Please see the attached form. You have one of two ways to provide agreement:

1. open the attached document and enter your information and send it back to me OR

2. Respond to this email with your name, address, email address and phone number and I will enter them on the master petition form.

It would be wonderful to see everyone after the unusual year and half we have had holding Zoom meetings and having to suspend our regular block party due to covid.

I need to get this petition in by July 6; please advise no later than end of day on the 6th.
