Dear Representative,

I'm writing to provide you with two important updates related to Haiti TPS and immigrants: 

1. The end date for Haiti TPS has been pushed back to July 24, 2026. This means all Haitians on TPS are still in status and eligible to work until at least July 24, 2026. This end date may be pushed back again as litigation continues. 2. The MA Office of Refugees and Immigrants has a free virtual help desk for all TPS holders and current/former EA recipients. Immigration attorneys are providing legal advice and assistance on simple immigration matters. In some circumstances there may be full representation available. Flyers are attached in several languages. These last few weeks have been shattering for Haitian immigrants and their employers. We hope this information will help.
