Dear Representative,
I'm writing to provide you with two important updates related to Haiti TPS and immigrants:
2. The MA Office of Refugees and Immigrants has a
free virtual help desk for all TPS holders and current/former EA recipients. Immigration attorneys are providing legal advice and assistance on simple immigration matters. In some circumstances there may be full representation available. Flyers are attached
in several languages.
Individuals can assess their eligibility to the Immigration Legal Helpdesk through this form - https://forms.office.com/g/tYzYHCE0Yi or
by emailing ORI-He...@mass.gov to
receive an auto-reply email with the form.
These last few weeks have been shattering for Haitian immigrants and their employers. We hope this information will help.
